Refund Policy

If you purchase an annual Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle are not provided.

The free version of ShopsMCP is available at no cost on WordPress.org. Since no payment is made, no refund is applicable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We typically process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
